Returns


Once a purchase is completed on our website, are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, if you want to change the item, you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it, and the following rules apply:

You must send us a text message to (787)601-2936, explaining why you want to return the merchandise. If we decide your order is elegible for a return or exchange, we will notify. Exchanges without approving will be return to the sender. 

No money return. only store credit. Shipping costs are non refundable

5 days to return the piece, once you receive it. Must be in perfect condition, without having worn it, without the smells of perfumes, aerosols, or strong odors, such as smoke, food or cigarettes, without makeups marks or stains and with the tags intact.

♥ Every piece we ship is carefully inspected, so they leave the store in perfect condition.

♥ The shipping cost of the returned parts is the responsability of the customer, as well as the parts to be received.

♥ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Whatssap message or Instagram DM, to indicate the approval or rejection of your credit.

♥ Certain types of items cannot be returned:

     • White clothing

     • Bodysuits

     • Leather clothing

     • Sequins or glitter clothing

     • Accessories (bags, hats, jewelry, belts)

     • One size clothing

     • SALE ITEMS


Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
